Leap Year Good Morning

       I have a question    in conversation yesterday the topic of leap year came up and the question was if you were born on Feb 29th  and its the three years with only 28 days do you celebrate your birthday on the 28th of Feb or on the 1st of March      how is this determined?

This takes place March 9th like they changed it last year to make it earlier
Why do we have to do this I tell ya I think we should just stay the same time all the time like AZ and just let it alone

Im so ready for spring life a new watching the trees leaf out the flowers and other plants spring up
and warmer air
To open windows and have the fresh breeze of spring song of the birds flow through the house
